Ninja zone is an all new sport that is just taking off. The best way to describe it is... A combination of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and breakdance. The kids learn how to tumble, and kick, but they also get to flip off walls! The goal is to take the coordination from gymnastics, the discipline for martial arts, the strength and agility from obstacle course training, and the creativity from dance. The program is for boys and girls ages 3-11.
